Hosting Rules
AI greets first; any matching condition moves the session to the human queue. Threshold and keyword changes apply immediately and are persisted.
Rule 1 · AI greets first
New visitor messages are received by the AI bot: it instantly drafts an Indonesian reply and agents approve with one tap in the draft-approve queue.
Rule 2 · Handoff on low confidence
If the AI draft confidence is below the threshold, the draft skips the approval queue and goes straight to the human queue.
Current confidence threshold: 0.6 (0-1, lower means bolder auto-drafting)
Rule 3 · Handoff on repeated unanswered questions
The customer keeps asking without any agent reply; once the limit is hit the session counts as unresolved and is handed to humans.
Current consecutive-question limit: 2
Rule 4 · Customer asks for a human
If a message hits any keyword (e.g. 'human'), it is handed off immediately with no AI drafting.
