Rail lubrication & encoder-strip cleaning

1. Grease rails monthly with a thin film of dedicated lubricant.
2. Slide the carriage 5 full strokes, then wipe off excess.
3. Clean the encoder strip one-directional with pure alcohol and lint-free cloth.
4. A dirty strip causes ghosting/misregistration; recalibrate after cleaning.
5. Check belt tension quarterly; sag >5mm needs tightening.
