1. Lamp life is ~1000-1500 hours; check the hour counter first.
2. Dusty reflectors cut energy 30%; wipe with alcohol monthly.
3. Energy strip <80% → slow 15% or raise lamp power one step.
4. Thick layers (white base) need two low-speed curing passes.
5. Still tacky → check for a half-lit lamp (ballast failure).
