DTF print cracking after press / poor adhesion

1. 90% of cracking is under-curing: check tunnel temperature drop or excessive speed.
2. Moisture in the film → extend curing or slow 20%.
3. Press at 160-165°C for ≥15s with medium-heavy pressure.
4. Silicone-coated fabric repels ink — test a sample first.
5. Expired powder (>6 months) shifts melting point; replace the batch.
