1. Print a nozzle check; mark the dropping channel and nozzle numbers.
2. <10 nozzles out: one standard cleaning, rest 20 min, re-test.
3. Still out: gently draw the channel with cleaning solution (≤0.5 bar) — never high pressure.
4. With deflected spray: inspect wiper and cap top for dried ink; service the capping station.
5. Same channel out 3 days running → raise a tech-visit ticket.
