Official bot channel, recommended for automated customer service. The bot token never enters the database — you only fill in an environment variable name; once connected, messages flow into the unified inbox.
Webhook note: after activation the orchestrator mounts a public callback (a webhook route under https://app.aifengdcs.com is recommended), or use getUpdates polling; enabling either mode requires Human-Gate approval.
